Financial Billing We offer a complete treatment plan entailing all your dental needs before your services begin. We provide insurance and billing services, and accept a wide range of insurance plans. Once you have decided on a treatment plan, if necessary a predetermination will be sent to your insurance carrier. We will then let you know financially what to expect each visit. We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and debit cards. We also offer financing through ChaseHealthAdvance, OAC. For seniors without insurance we offer a 15% courtesy.
